How do I place an order?
Choose a product and quantity, then add it to your cart. From the cart, continue to checkout to select delivery and payment and review the total.
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes. Cudovero’s store terms allow you to place an order without creating an account.
Where can I find the full ingredient lists?
You will find the full INCI list on each product page. Our ingredient library also gives you the exact names of selected ingredients and the products that contain them.

Which payment methods are available?
The store terms list bank transfers, Przelewy24, BLIK and cards. You will see the currently available methods at checkout.
How is my order delivered?

When will my order be dispatched?
The terms provide for dispatch within 5 business days unless a different timeframe is stated in the product description when ordering. Check the applicable timeframe and delivery options at checkout on cudovero.com.
Do you ship internationally?
The terms allow international shipping with costs agreed individually. Before ordering, contact us.
Returns and complaints.
Can I return my order?
Under the store terms, consumers have 14 days from receiving goods to withdraw from the contract. An exception applies to sealed products that have been opened and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. Details and the procedure are in the store terms.
How do I report a problem with my order?
Email kontakt@cudovero.com. Include your order number and describe the issue. For a complaint, you may attach photographs of the product or parcel.
