Distinguish assessments from measurements.
The home use study described by the brand lasted 28 days and ended with a questionnaire. The responses reflect participants’ experiences. They are not the same as instrumental measurements of wrinkles or hydration.
Ask about the comparison.
Showing that one cosmetic product works better than another requires a properly designed comparative study. An INCI list describes a formula’s ingredients; on its own, it does not rank effectiveness.
